Yakshit Yuva Foundation offers structured internship opportunities designed to provide undergraduate and postgraduate students with practical exposure and meaningful professional experience within the social development sector. Our internships go beyond observation they are immersive, responsibility-driven, and learning-focused, enabling interns to actively contribute to real programmes and initiatives.
Interns work closely with experienced professionals, programme teams, and field coordinators, gaining firsthand insight into how a purpose-driven non-profit organisation operates both on the ground and at an institutional level. Through guided mentorship and hands-on involvement, interns develop a deeper understanding of programme planning, implementation, coordination, and impact assessment.
This experience helps interns build professional discipline, workplace ethics, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, while also gaining clarity on the functioning of the social sector. The internship programme is designed to prepare students for future academic and professional pursuits by offering exposure that is practical, structured, and rooted in purpose.
